Learning is a lifelong journey. The journey is fun and full of adventure. I want to share with my students the love for learning and reading. Explore nature with them with wonder and awe. Teach them Mandarin and Chinese culture, guide them to know countries and the world.
We will greet each other in Mandarin, sing Chinese songs. We will listen to Chinese stories and other stories in Chinese. We will eat dumplings and egg rolls. We will play tuo-luo 陀螺 and Chinese Yo-yo. We will celebrate Chinese New Year with singing and dancing.
Reading, gardening and traveling are my favorite things to do when I am not teaching. I like wildlife and birds of prey. What do you like?
